This is a very nice site seen some names that bring back memories and nightmares at the same time. I had some of the best years with the 1850ACSQ/KI/2ACCS, Team 2. Those were the days, nites, mids, alerts. I miss my brothers and sisters from the Glass and the good friends of the NECAP. I wish them all the best of luck, we paid our dues.

We spoke often with Looking Glass on 9027 or 13241 while flying B-52Hs on airborn alert in the Artic in the mid 60s out of Grand Forks AFB. There were times when even Dropkick couldn't get through, but Looking Glass was always there for us. Thanks for your service guys, the bomber crews always felt a special connection with you.

Hey gang ! Stumbled on this by accident and hope to re-connect with some of the "old bunch". After retuning from S.E.A. I was assigned to 9th ACCS Hickam and flew my first EC flight in July of 1968. In June of '73 I went to 2ACCS OAFB. Returned to 9th ACCS in Dec of '75. Back to 2ACCS in '78. In June of '84 I accepted a job with Col Charlie Dobbs in the AF Systems Integration Management Office at Hq SAC.

Hello to all. I was the Radio Operator on the birds at Ellsworth on the A and G models in 1974- 1976. Also spent many a day sitting alert at Minot! Had a good time in the 4th ACCS. Then I went to Blue Eagle with the 9th ACCS at Hickam AFB, Hawaii for another 4 years on Airborne Command Posts. Then to AWACS at Tinker AFB. Good luck to all who flew PACCS!
